Sociologist, social activist, international cooperation manager and project coordinator in Active Women Association, Vicepresident of the organisation from 2004,  youth and adult non-formal educator and NGO trainer with 13 years of experience, fundraiser, university lecturer and trainer in project planning, creativity development, NGO management, promotion and marketing. She has large experience in coordinating of volunteers projects with youth and seniors, team management and development of European initiatives. She has coordinated almost all initiatives in Active Women Association /65 project/.  She has got fluent English linguistic competence, and Certificate of Advanced English. President of brand new MEDEINA Foundation for natural empowerment.

Ann-Sofi Backgren

Ann-Sofi Backgren/Brand-Sofi is a Finnish gender expert. She has over 20 years of experiences from political activities and political leadership. She has been involved in local, regional and national bodies but also at the Nordic and European level. She has been "the first" woman as the chairwoman in her home municipality Korsnäs at the Municipality Assembly but she has also been the first woman for example at the European level in AEBR, as a Vice President from the Nordic countries. Gender issues are important for her, that is why she is active since many years in Svenska Kvinnoförbundet (Swedish People´s party, woman´s fraction). She is now the Vice President, member of the working committee and chairwoman of the international committee.

Ewa Stoecker

Ewa Stoecker is an anti-discrimination trainer, psychologist, an expert on issues related to anti-discrimination and equality between men and women. Founding member of associations: Anti-discrimination Education Society (TEA) and Expedition Inside Culture (EIC).
She started to work on the interest of multiculturalism in the field of non-formal education and for 10 years was implementing international educational projects, which used expeditionary learning method. She is running educational activities and is the author of educational materials related to the prevention of discrimination and learning processes (for the public entities and NGOs). Conducts anti-discrimination training for youth and adults as well as researches in the field of education and equality. For over 15 years engaged in the activities of the NGO sector: in the years 2003 to 2013 she was a member of the board of Expedition Inside Culture, currently second term on the board of: Anti-discrimination Education Society.

Joanna Grzymala-Moszczynska

social psychologist, trainer working with anti-discrimination and gender equality topics, politician. She obtained her PhD from Jagiellonian University in collaboration with Princeton University. She conducts research concerning anti-prejudice interventions (especially in educational contexts) and collective actions. Currently she's interested in working with prevention activist burnout.

Michelle O’Donnell Keating

Michelle is Co-Founder & Chair of Women for Election. Prior to Women for Election Michelle spent over 17 years in the Financial Services sector focusing primarily in the area of multinational project management and change management, leading and implementing organizational change for blue-chip organisations in Ireland, UK and Australia while combining this with political interests in her spare time. Michelle has built up extensive political campaigning experience at local and national level elections, while also having established and led a number of national referenda campaigns on the Treaty of Nice and the Treaty of Lisbon. Michelle was a member of the Board of Directors for the European Movement Ireland and is now an Advisory Board Member. Michelle is also committee member for Women on Air.

Veronika Sprincova

Veronika Sprincova graduated in Gender Studies. She has been working in Forum 50% since 2009, in 2018 she became the executive director. She works as a gender expert, trainer and analyst. At the same time she is a Chair of Gender Expert Chamber of the Czech Republic. She has written several reports, publications and articles about gender equality and women's rights. She has experience with both gathering and analysing the data and also rich experiences with advocacy work, lecturing, training and public speeches. In 2013 she took part in international expert meeting of gender trainers organized by European Institute for Gender Equality. She represents Forum 50% in the Government Council for Equality of Women and Men and its Committee for the Institutional Safeguarding of Equality of Women and Men.

Marketa Mottlova

Marketa Mottlova graduated in Political Science. She is a trainer, researcher and deputy director of Forum 50%. She was in charge of mentoring programme among Norwegian, Danish and Czech women politicians. She has a large experience with lecturing, training and public speeches. In July 2017 she presented shadow report regarding implementation of Sustainable Development Goals at High-level Political Forum in New York. She has contributed to several research projects carried by Forum 50% and worked on gathering the data and statistics. She also chairs The Committee for Equal Representation of Women and Men in Politics and Decision-making Positions under the he Government Council for Equality of Women and Men.

Marcela Adamusova graduated in Gender Studies. She works in Forum 50% as a lecturer, trainer and PR manager. She has a large experience with creating and running seminars, trainings, campaigns, writing press releases, articles, blogs and policy briefs, administrating websites and social networks. Thanks to her education she can also offer deep gender expertise especially in the field of women’s political participation, specifically focusing the concept of on master suppression techniques.

Erin Vilardi is the Founder and CEO of VoteRunLead, the nation’s largest and most diverse training program for women to run for office and win. She first launched VoteRunLead as Vice President of Program and Communications at The White House Project, where she served as the VP of Program and Communications. She has served as a Leadership Development Consultant for a range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, global girls’ initiatives and the U.S. Department of State, reaching women leaders in a dozen international cities. Vilardi is the co-author of the the Athena CORE10© – an innovative set of leadership competencies for 21st century women leaders based on the latest research and gender analysis for the Athena Center for Leadership Studies at Barnard College. She has appeared on the mainstage at Personal Democracy Forum, on CNN, BBC, and Fox News and her work was featured in O, The Oprah Magazine, Marie Claire, New York Magazine as well as numerous international and domestic articles on women and leadership. She is an Executive Producer of Ann Richards’ Texas, a documentary about the late pioneering governor.
